The call centre only deals with minor queries between Monday to Friday - 08:30am until 16:30pm. All other queries may be forwarded to one of the email addresses above.

- On selected OpenWeb IS ADSL products, the option to enable Static DNS is available for FREE! This means that if your username is jj@openweb.co.za, jj.dns.openweb.co.za will point to your IP. No 3rd-party programs needed! Contact us to enable this service.
