The call centre only deals with minor queries between Monday to Friday - 08:30am until 16:30pm. All other queries may be forwarded to one of the email addresses above.

What is static DNS?
On selected OpenWeb IS ADSL products, the option to enable Static DNS is available for FREE! This means that if your username is jj@openweb.co.za, jj.dns.openweb.co.za will point to your IP. No 3rd-party programs needed! Contact us to enable this service.
